The
Forms are Microsoft Word or Excel documents. Most can be completed
on-screen
then printed. They contain "comments" throughout to help
you complete them. To view the "comments" in the Word
documents, place your mouse cursor over the highlighted areas and
the comment
will appear. To view the "comments" in the Excel documents,
click on the red triangle.
