Faculty Search Plan: Equity Accountability Plan / Goals

The 1999 USF Faculty Recruitment and Selection Guidelines require that hiring
units have some familiarity with the USF Equity Accountability Plan and Hiring Goals, information maintained by the Office of Equal Opportunity Affairs.

Data for these tables are compiled based on codes established by The
Classification of Instructional Programs (CIP). In order to facilitate the recruiting departments in this process, the CASDO has interpreted the data contained
in the latest EAP tables for all CIP codes in Arts and Sciences.

Scroll through and select the CIP code for your department, then click on
the button.
If you are seeking a waiver of advertising requirements for a continuing faculty position (that is, NOT a visiting position), please call Sharon Smith about the EAP data.

  Make a note of problem areas, if any, for your unit's CIP code. You will need this information as you move Forward to Advertising
