Auxiliary Operations, Student Fees and USF Foundation

Provides support for the following functions:

• Coordinate development of annual Auxiliary operating budgets
• Coordinate establishment of new and/or updates to existing student fees
• Materials and Supply Fee (lab)
• Facilities and Equipment Fees
• Reviews all USF Foundation related expenditures for accuracy and compliance with USF policies
• Serves as liaison between the College of Arts and Sciences and USF Foundation Office
• Provides support services for conferences (online collection of revenues/conference fees)
• Cash/budget transfer for Auxiliary and USF Foundation
• Coordinate new Educational Business Activities (EBA)
• Coordinates audit issue tracking and resolution
