Auxiliary Operations, Student Fees and USF Foundation
Provides support for the following functions:
- Coordinate development of annual Auxiliary operating budgets
- Coordinate establishment of new and/or updates to existing student fees
- Materials and Supply Fee (lab)
- Facilities and Equipment Fees
- Reviews all USF Foundation related expenditures for accuracy and compliance with USF policies
- Serves as liaison between the College of Arts and Sciences and USF Foundation Office
- Provides support services for conferences (online collection of revenues/conference fees)
- Cash/budget transfer for Auxiliary and USF Foundation
- Coordinate new Educational Business Activities (EBA)
- Coordinates audit issue tracking and resolution
