security and safety.

Building Supervisor Responsibilities
- Act as communication liaison between building occupants and the Physical Plant on
all of the facility's physical problems (for example, disruption in air flow, water
and/or restroom disorder, structural deficiencies). Physical Plant can always be
contacted at extension 4-2845 (Work Management Center).
- Notify building occupants in a timely manner about events that may affect them (e.g.,
utility outages).
- Assist the University in establishing the enforcement of health and safety rules
in all public areas within the building.
- In the event of a facility-type emergency, call extension 4-2845.
