The Bilingual Research Discussion Group is an interest group founded by students of Speech-Language Pathology at the University of South Florida.  The goal of the group is to educate the student and the professional on how to enhance, as well as research, bilingual speech and language intervention.  Since its onset, the group has provided a number of undergraduate research topics, as well as unique theses, that have resulted in elucidation of marked differences between monolingual and bilingual speech-language perception and production.  This year, the group's efforts have been focused on extending and sharing its knowledge base with leading research and clinical figures in the field, as well as collaborating with other professional in the behavioral and medical field.
