Welcome to the Office of the Dean of the College of Arts and Sciences! It is my
privilege to lead the College that is the intellectual heart of the University of
South Florida. My leadership philosophy is to recruit the best faculty and staff
in the world who are inspired by our mission, provide them with the tools they need
to succeed, and stand back and celebrate their successes. I am so proud of my outstanding
team of teachers, scholars, staff and administrators whose sole professional purpose
is to enhance the lives of our students and our communities. Please explore all
