DECLARATION OR CHANGE OF MAJOR
FOR TAMPA CAMPUS STUDENTS

You are limited to one (1) change/request per semester!

If you have chosen one of the Regional Campuses as your home campus, please select the appropriate link Polytechnic, St. Petersburg, or Sarasota / Manatee, as this process is different on each Campus.

MJ Holds

If you have a MJ hold once you declare your major in CAS the hold will be removed from your OASIS account within two business days.

Pre Communication and Communication Major

Students wanting to major in Communication must send an email message with their full name and U number to Communication advisor Leslie Tod at tod@cas.usf.edu.

Pre Medical Science (PMS)

Students wanting to declare or change to PMS must have less than 36 overall credit hour to select this non major track. If you have more than 36 overall credit hours you may not select PMS as your first choice, you must select a major, but your second selection can be PMS track.
