Allergy Free Gardening is the title of one of the new books in the plant shop. Author Thomas Ogren poses some interesting strategies for dealing with the conflicts between our fun (gardening) and the all too common allergy problems that take that fun away. $19.95.

The Subtropical Garden by Jacqueline Walker is another new arrival. Check it out for a lot of new ideas for your area of the country. $24.95.

Popular Palms by Jack Krempin also joins the crowd this month. Lots of color pictures and general care on each family of palms including a section on Cycads. $22.00.

Plant Shop

The Elizabeth W. Johnson Plant Shop offers a wide variety of unusual plants, including ferns and aroids. The Plant Shop also offers a selection of both native and exotic landscaping plants. The Shop is open during garden hours, closed major holidays.
