Garden Hours

Monday - Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Saturday, 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Sunday, noon - 4:00 p.m.

We are closed for major holidays.

Admission Fees

Adults $5
Seniors (65+) $4
Children (6-13) $3
Students $1 (must present valid ID)

Admission is free for USF Botanical Garden members and children under 6.

The USF Botanical Gardens is a self-supported facility. All proceeds from admissions, plant shop sales, workshops, and special events go to maintain the Gardens. Please consider an annual membership.

Directions

From 1-275: Exit Fowler Avenue. Head east to Bruce B.Downs Blvd./30th Street and turn left. Go north one block to Pine Drive (1st light) and turn right. Go east one block to the first traffic light and turn left. Go north one block to the Garden entrance on left at the intersection with Alumni Drive.

From I-75: Exit Fowler Avenue. Head west to Bruce B. Downs. Blvd./30th Street and turn right. Go one block north to Pine Drive (1st light) and turn right. Follow Pine to left and Garden entrance is on left at the intersection with Alumni Drive.

Botanical Gardens Trail Map

The USF Botanical Gardens offers a variety of gardens and habitat types through which to stroll. The trail begins at the parking area. Current collections include: fruit trees and palms from around the world, temperate forest, carnivorous plants, tropical and subtropical trees and shrubs, as well as plant species found in Florida's upland habitats.

PLEASE BE MINDFUL OF THE FOLLOWING:

•Flowers, fruits, seeds, leaves and plants should be left for all to enjoy.
• Supervise children closely, especially near water.
• Do not swim, wade, or fish in the lake or ponds.
• Please respect the privacy and quiet of others.
• Dogs must be leashed and their droppings must be removed.
• Watch your step.
• Place trash in proper receptacles.
• Respect and enjoy the Gardens.

Volunteer Orientations are held the 4th Saturday of each month at 10:00 a.m.
