General Description
|
This course will cover a number of GIS applications in areas such as agriculture, forestry, biodiversity conservation, environmental assessment, water resources, and pollution modeling. Students will be introduced to a number of case-studies to explore the wide range of GIS applications, but gain depth in selected areas through hands-on projects. Advanced GIS techniques will be used relevant to the specific applications. |
