Professor discusses Libya turmoil[08.24.2011]
TAMPA, Fla. - Mohsen Milani, chair of the University of South Florida's Department of Government and International Affairs, talks about the ongoing turmoil in Libya and the Middle East.
Milani, who is an expert on Middle East affairs, also talks about the leadership void left by the collapse of Moammar Gadhafi's regime.
