USF instructor to host Outback Bowl preview show

TAMPA, Fla. -- University of South Florida Telecommunications Instructor Travis Bell has been selected to host the preview show for the 2013 Outback Bowl on the ESPN networks. The Outback Bowl matches two of college football's best teams from the SEC and Big 10 Conference.

Connected through a former executive producer from WTSP, Bell was contacted by the producers from Riverbank Studios looking for someone to host the preview show.

Bell is scheduled to host a 30-minute Outback Bowl preview show that will air nationally four times on either ESPN2 or ESPN beginning on Christmas day. The show is a combined bowl game preview and will highlight all the amenities that the Tampa Bay, St. Petersburg and Clearwater area offers to visitors.

Outback Preview Show Schedule:
Dec. 25: ESPN2 @ 3 p.m.
Dec. 27: ESPNU @ 6:30 p.m.
Dec. 28: ESPNU @ 4 p.m.
Dec. 30: ESPNU @ 3 a.m.

The game will be held on Jan. 1, 2013, at 1 p.m. at Raymond James Stadium, home of the USF Bulls.
