[04.01.2015]

TAMPA, Fla. -- The College of Arts and Sciences Department of Psychology will host the second annual Psychology Expo held at the University of South Florida on April 3, 2015. The event will take place from noon to 4:30 p.m. in the Psychology-Communication Sciences and Disorders building.

The expo is set to showcase the undergraduate students, graduate students and alumni of the Department of Psychology.

There will be a tabling session to find information about student organizations, services available on campus, career services, psychology advising and psychology-relevant graduate programs at USF to show the many assets USF and the Department of Psychology have to offer students of both undergraduate and graduate students.

Melanie Hall-Anderson and Robbin Redd, two USF Psychology alumni, will present “Taking Your Psychology Major into the Community.” The talk will show how they use their degrees in psychology to make an impact in the community.

There also will be an alumni awards ceremony, lab and clinic tours, and a research poster session featuring original research conducted by undergraduate psychology majors. Door prize giveaways will be held throughout the day.
