English grads hired by universities

TAMPA, Fla. -- Several graduates of the University of South Florida Department of English have accepted job offers. These College of Arts and Sciences alumni now are employed by major universities.

Christine Grogan Alderman, Ph.D., Literature, 2011, accepted a full-time position as senior lecturer at Penn State University, University Park campus.

Robert Alderman, M.F.A., 2015, accepted a full-time position as Lecturer at Penn State University, University Park campus.

Ashley Annis, M.F.A., 2015, accepted a faculty position with LePort Schools, a private school system in Southern California.

José A. Aparicio, Doctoral Candidate, Literature, accepted a full-time position as Instructor of English and Humanities at Lee College.

Chrissy Auger, Ph.D., Literature, 2015, accepted a full-time position as CPT Assistant Professor of Rhetoric, Eckerd College.

Philippe Diederich, M.F.A., 2015, accepted a position as Instructor at Ringling School of Art and Design.

Chase Holland, M.F.A., 2015, accepted a position with USF IT Support Services.

Sara Beth Hopton, Ph.D., Rhetoric and Composition, 2015 accepted a tenure-track position as Assistant Professor of Rhetoric and Technical and Professional Writing at Appalachian State University.

Christina Lutz, M.F.A., 2015, accepted a position as Conference Coordinator for Writers in Paradise, Eckerd College.

Angela Edward-Mangione, Ph.D., Literature, 2014, accepted a tenure-track position as Instructor of English at Hillsborough Community College, Brandon campus.

Megan McIntyre, Ph.D., Rhetoric and Composition, 2015, accepted a position as Assistant Director for Program Development for the Institute for Writing and Rhetoric at Dartmouth College.

Gloria Munoz, M.F.A., 2015, accepted a position as a National Scholarships Advisor, USF Honors College.

Katherine Royce, M.A., Rhetoric and Composition, 2015, accepted a position as Technical Writer for Jacobs/TEIMS.
