USF Botanical Gardens to host stress relief workshop
TAMPA, Fla. – Stress is something that everyone has to deal with. However, on Wednesday, Nov. 16, from 3-4:30 p.m., the University of South Florida Botanical Gardens will hold a workshop to help relieve those daily stresses. Gary DuDell, Ph.D. will lead the workshop, entitled “Mindfulness and Stress Reduction.”
DuDell is a licensed mental health counselor and has worked in the Tampa Bay are for more than 35 years. He runs a private practice, as well as a full time faculty member of the Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling Department at USF.
The workshop is open to the public and there is no admission.
