TAMPA, Fla. -- Bawa Jain, the founding secretary-general of The World Council of Religious Leaders, is set to speak at the University of South Florida about his experiences and the need for responsible leaders in today’s society.

The event will take place at 4 p.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 21 at the Marshall Student Center Oval Theater. Following the lecture there will be free pizza for those in attendance.

Jain will be sharing his experiences and knowledge that he has accumulated throughout the years from some of the most influential world leaders from all sectors of society including politics, business and religion. He sees that there is an urgent need for responsible leaders and wants to inspire others who are willing to make bold decisions on issues that matter most.

Jain is also the founding chairman an initiative to harness the power of youth to build the leaders of tomorrow called The World Youth Peace Summit. Following his lecture, there will be a panel discussion featuring USF student leaders.

After his many experiences and meeting leaders from every major sector from more than 100 countries, he has committed to sharing how his life has been transformed to motivate others to become the leaders our world needs.
