Excellent research potential required. Ph.D. in Philosophy by date of appointment. AOS: Social and Political Philosophy, with a preference for 19th Century Continental. AOC: Open, but relevant to AOS.  Salary negotiable. Anticipated date of employment is August 2010. Normal teaching load is 2/2. The Ph.D. program in Philosophy at USF has a strong emphasis in the History of Philosophy, including both the Analytic and Continental Traditions.
