1. Use of existing tracks to connect two rail lines (an area of
high population density and public transportation 2. users)
2. Use of existing track and connection to existing track (an
area of high employment)
3. Use of existing track (an area of low income and public
transportation users)
4. Use of existing track instead of northern one (it goes to
Brandon and would be more useful)
