Presidential Management Fellows Program (PMF): Department of Homeland Security

Provides an official daily publication for rules, proposed rules, and notices of Federal agencies and organizations, and executive orders and other presidential documents.

 

Serves as an official federal grants and contracts search site; provides weekly email service. USF researchers do NOT need to register with Grants.gov to search for funding opportunities. Provides fellowship awards to enhance the diversity of the health-related workforce. Provides mentored research training while conducting well-defined research projects in scientific health-related fields. Note: check availability. Last offered 2016.

 

 

Functions as a government-wide compendium of federal assistance programs. Once you locate the Federal Program of interest, contact the office that administers the program for application instructions.

Offers funding for study/research awards, English Teaching Assistant (ETA) Awards, and National Geographic Digital Storytelling Fellowships. The 2018-2019 Fulbright U.S. Student Competition is open (October 6, 2017 deadline)

 

Designed for graduate-level students, this program aims to attract to the federal service outstanding men and women from a variety of academic disciplines and career paths who have a clear interest in, and commitment to, excellence in the leadership and management of public policies and programs.

Offers annual graduate fellowships (which opens in August) to students of the applied physical, biological, and engineering sciences who are willing to morally commit to make their skills available to the US in time of national emergency.

 

Recognizes graduate students who show exemplary promise as future leaders of higher education; who demonstrate a commitment to developing academic and civic responsibility in themselves and others; and whose work reflects a strong emphasis on teaching and learning (Association of American Colleges & Universities).

American Philosophical Society: Lewis & Clark
