Participants should make their own arrangements directly with the hotels,and are responsible for payments, unless otherwise instructed/requested by organizer(s). Double rooms are available, and participants could arrange their roommates if they wish. Those who share a room with other participant(s) are asked to register all names who will share the room, so that anyone can check in.

The reduced nightly rate is $119.95 + 12% tax. Reservations must refer to "SEAM" to ensure the listed rates. In order to get this rate, you need to reserve by February 19, 2009. The cancellation deadline is 72 hours prior to arrival. Participants are encouraged to make reservations early because hotels fill their rooms quickly in March. Also note that reservations for reduced rates should be made by phone.
